Even though several public transports were there, available to take us to the airport, we actually wanted to avoid it for several reasons. First we, had luggage which would make public transport a little bit inconvenient. And secondly, we wanted to avoid the crowds.

Our first mistake was that we completely forgot to ask our driver whether he was licensed or not. To be honest, when we started checking the travel firms offering airport transfers, we completely ignored all the warning bells and picked out a name randomly. Unfortunately for us, the choice was wrong because the firm had received a lot of bad reviews which we didn’t check. In addition, they didn’t offer flexible transfers and that’s why we had to walk a long distance from our hotel to the pickup point.
